Using Your Free Downloads

You receive 12 free download credits per year, each worth $15. Here’s what you need to know:

• You can only use one freebie discount per order (up to $15).

• To use your freebie, you must manually enter your freebie code at checkout.

How to Find Your Freebie Code

Your Freebie code is sent to your email immediately after signing up. Sometimes they go to junk mail. You can search the term "Your new discount code" and this should find it.

If you had a Panto Club membership on our previous website, rest assured that your benefits are still valid! However, due to compatibility issues between Wix and Shopify, we were unable to transfer memberships automatically.

Here’s how you can continue to enjoy your membership:

• Freebie Codes: Your existing freebie codes have been transferred and remain valid. To use them, manually enter the code in the coupon section at checkout (please note that only one freebie download is allowed per checkout).

• 25% Off Discount: Your exclusive 25% off code remains unchanged. Simply enter it manually at checkout to apply your discount.

• Membership Renewal: Your current membership will remain active until its expiration date. However, it will not renew automatically. When your membership expires, you will need to sign up again on our new website to continue enjoying Panto Club benefits.
